MODE OF ACTION:
- Metalaxyl is a systemic fungicide which inhibits fungal growth.
- Mancozeb is a non-systemic agricultural fungicide with multi-site, protective action on contact by reacting with, and inactivates, the sulfhydryl groups of amino acids and enzymes of fungal cell, resulting in disruption of lipid metabolism, respiration and production of adenosine triphosphate.
