MODE OF ACTION
- Lambda cyhalothrin is a non-systemic synthetic pyrethroid with contact and stomach action. It also exhibits some repellant properties. It acts as a Sodium channel modulator by disrupting the functioning of the nervous system in an organism leading to paralysis and death.
- Thiamethoxam is a systemic neonicotinoid which has contact and stomach action. It acts as an acetylcholine receptor agonist on target insects. It damages nervous system, eventually leading to death.
