Celery is a culinary herb with dark green curled leaves and grows from 40 – 60 cm high.
Outstanding plant with dense erect vigorous growth and keeps well after harvesting.

The leaves can be used for flavoring a wide variety of dishes including salads, soups and sauces. The variety is also ideal for drying and garnishing like parsley, but with a delicious Celery flavour.
Germination takes 2-4 weeks depending upon soil and weather conditions. Keep soil moderately moist during germination or started indoor in a greenhouse. Good germination is achieved if seeds are sown in a warm moist area (21-23°C).
